Engineering Contractors Inc., was a corporation constituted by the same shareholders as BGR Development II LCC, with 30% ownership in this project. The owning company of this project was Superior Development II LLC, located at 3000 NW 109 Avenue Suite 200 in Miami, FL. Mendoza Village Condominium is a 5-story apartment building located on 115 Mendoza Avenue, Coral Gables, Florida. The project consisted of 12 apartments, with an average area of 1,500 square feet per unit. The building features included: Mediterranean design with textured stucco finish, courtyard entrance with old colonial brick, sparkling fountain in the courtyard, a terrace on the fourth floor with old colonial brick floors, and a secured entry system. This project was sold before construction.
